Crescent City, CA - September 26-27

We crossed into California and headed to the Village Camper Inn.  We drove through a section of redwoods forest after parking our RVs.

The photo below provides a perspective on how large these trees are!

Our second day we toured the Ocean World Aquarium.

Our guide provided a great tour; he is a diver that has had enocunters with sealife in the ocean.

We saw many tiger sharks and other species.

We were allowed to "pet" sharks!

From the aquarium we next visited the Marine Mammal Center where injured and diseased sea lions and seals are resqued and treated, a great service to our earth.

After the seals and sea lions have healed they are released back into the ocean.
